Lets get to know Gabriela’s señora wellness routine:

  1. Whats your ultimate señora tip, maybe something you learned from your mom, grandma or even great grandmother
    Vaseline keeps your skin nice and moisturized daily (anywhere! face, hands, legs) 
  2. What’s your morning routine after getting out of bed?
     First things first, I thank God and the universe for another day, brush my teeth and make cafecito
  3. What 3 wellness or self-comfort products are you using now to get ready for the day?
    I’m a mom so I’m always on the go, so I always have my Aquaphor lip balm, a hair clip, and my Rare Beauty Mascara mini.
  4. On a perfect day, what’s your favorite lunchtime meal?
    A good grilled salmon with rice and avocado 
  5. What are your favorite caffeine or caffeine alternatives to keep up your energy?
    A good morning walk and making sure I have an apple and some almonds too.
  6. What’s your favorite tip to wind down?
    Taking time to breathe and just go outside helps me wind down 
  7. Do you take supplements or powders and if so, which ones? 
    Women’s daily supplements and collagen.
  8. Do you workout, do yoga, go for walks? If so, whats your current routine?
    ZUMBA! (Talk about entering your Señora era)
  9. How about your evening routine?
    Making sure I drink a bottle of water before bed and then putting the baby down to sleep, washing my face, putting in all my serums and then finally brushing my hair right before bed so it doesn’t tangle up #CurlyHairProblems.
