Latina Skin: Vamigas is Now at Nordstrom!
What a whirlwind of a year it’s been! We launched just 5 months ago with our babies on our hip and some ganas to highlight Latin American ingredients – and Latin America – in the way that they’re supposed to be highlighted. With cultural context, with education around our culturas. Devoid of typical stereotypes and marketing tropes. With respect for our elders and our ancestors who discovered these serums.
So we were beyond honored when Nordstrom reached out. It’s an iconic brand Christina and I have always loved. I was always a Nordstrom Topanga girl in the San Fernando Valley, where my parents immigrated to from Chile, and Christina’s favorite was Nordstrom Valley Fair in San Jose.
Nordstrom was just the perfect fit. Our brand values are aligned with theirs and they are truly a brand we look up to. Their commitment to change really blew us away. They are focused making Nordstrom a better place for their employees and our customers. Their Latinx Heritage Month activation at stores across the country was a game changer.
