What’s your morning routine after getting out of bed?
Times usually vary for wake-up everyday as I’m a stay at home mama of 5 and I’m still breastfeeding on demand around the clock but usually I wake up between 8 & 9 am every morning, I thank God for another day of life and my husband brushes our kids teeth while I brush mine and I start making the coffee.
What 3 skincare products are you using now to get ready for the day?
Kleer brand jelly cleanser (super gentle and hydrating on my dry eczema prone skin), common heir ceramide barrier serum (major glow + barrier supporting serum, it’s like an oil and serum had a baby- just beautiful!) & Dr.Loretta universal glow daily defense mineral sunscreen fluid spf 40 (so glowy, no cast & no scent)
On a perfect day, what’s your favorite lunchtime meal and food brands?
Favorite lunchtime meal: tortilla chips, scrambled eggs and salsa!
What are your favorite caffeine or caffeine alternatives to keep up your energy?
It’s always caffeine for me tbh lol I don’t do caffeine alternatives, not with five kids haha
What’s your favorite tip to wind down?
Watching a comforting tv show like Friends or The Office or even a movie I enjoy that’s mainly drama, like ‘Because I Said So’ works. There’s something about watching movies you love and rewatch that help you wind down (at least for me).
Do you take supplements or powders and if so, which ones?
I just just take my postnatal supplements from Anya – love that they don’t make me nauseous or taste horrible as most do. I don’t take gummies cause I don’t like that they get stuck to my teeth!
Do you work out or do yoga?
I don’t work out or do yoga but you know what, this serves me as a reminder while I’m being transparent to take initiative because I miss feeling good, feeling sexy and feeling healthy.
What’s your evening wind down and what’s your skincare routine like?
Evening wind down would definitely be brushing all my babies teeth, watching something calm like Miss Rachel, or a movie that bores them so they fall asleep and make life easier for me (haha)
