You’ve seen “xxxmaxxing” all over your feed — looksmaxxing, sleepmaxxing. It’s the internet’s way of saying: what if you just lived like that person, fully and without apology?

Cute concept. But our great grandmothers and their grandmothers were doing this first.

Señoramaxxing isn’t a trend.  It’s recognizing that the woman who was up at 5am because the beans needed to soak, who never left the house without her lipstick, who rested without guilt — she wasn’t behind the times. She was ahead of them.

The way she moved through her days — intentionally, unhurriedly, rooted in ritual — is exactly what we’ve spent the last decade running away from in the name of hustle culture. And most of us are exhausted to show for it.

The good news is that none of this was lost – you can bring it back!
