Welcome to Señora Era, a lifestyle website for women who are sick of the hustle without balance.

Founded by entrepreneurs and authors, Chilean-American Ann Dunning from SoCal and third-gen Mexican-American Christina Kelmon from San Francisco, Señora Era began as a beauty line that went viral, and then grew  into a trusted space for women who wanted to talk home, wellness, beauty, and daily routines – and opt our of the hustle system while still being ambitious and motivated.

What started as a viral video that was inspired by the slow living and maker ethos from the women in our ancestral homelands, turned into a way that we can all tap into this heritage to live a calmer, more joyful life.

At Señora Era, we’re here to support you no matter where you are in life: whether you’re truly a señora (a ma’am), whether you’re just starting out (a señorita) or somewhere in between – and whether you’re a Latina looking to tap into the beauty of your heritage, or anyone from any background, just wanting to get inspired by ancestral habits that will help you live a better life.

From the way your home feels, to the rituals that shape your mornings and evenings, to the products and practices that genuinely earn a place in your day: We share stories, shopping guides, and recommendations shaped by daily life and long-term use.

And we have some fun while doing it. 

Through editorial stories, curated shopping guides, and community conversations, Señora Era exists to help women create lives that feel beautiful, sustainable, and lived at a human pace. With the release of Radical Señora Era(Kensington, 2025), this philosophy expanded into a shared language and a wider community, forming the foundation of the platform today.
