Primally Pure Señora Review: The Clean Skincare Products I Keep Buying Again

Christina and I are co-founders of a beauty brand, and we know the ins and outs of the skincare biz – what products to avoid, what ingredients we have a HISTORY with (meaning we stay away no matter what), and what the up and coming hot formulations.

I came across one brand by accident – and thanks to beef. I was looking for local meat boxes from the farms or ranches where I live, and I came across a gorgeous ranch that was tied to not only a beef and veggie business but skincare. They’re called Primally Pure, and they double down on products that are safe to use and that actually work. They also happen to be one of the most popular low tox beauty brands in the nation.

I’ve been obsessed with their home line (their room sprays are the best) and have been slowly trying out their new skincare products, and I must say I am just as happy.

I particularly love their new Blue Tansy Body Butter (I love the color!) but there are endless collections of products you can also try out.

1. Lemongrass Deodorant — $14 All-natural, aluminum-free deodorant. The lemongrass scent is fresh and citrusy. Good for sensitive underarms; uses ingredients like arrowroot and coconut oil to absorb moisture without blocking pores.

2. Latte Lip Oil — $20 A hydrating, high-shine lip oil. Nourishes and plumps lips while giving a glossy finish. Great everyday wear — think of it as skincare meets lip gloss.

3. Blue Tansy Body Butter — $32 (NEW) Blue tansy is known for its calming, anti-inflammatory properties. This rich body butter soothes irritated or dry skin and has that beautiful deep blue hue from the blue tansy oil.

4. Clarifying Serum — $58 A targeted facial serum for clearing blemishes and balancing skin. Typically uses ingredients like willow bark or niacinamide. Their hero product for acne-prone or congested skin.

5. Bergamot + Eucalyptus Deodorant — $16 Another clean deodorant option — this one has a more spa-like, herbal scent. Great for those who prefer something less sweet and more fresh/clean.
