4 Latina Fitness Stars We Are Loving Right Now

Latinas doing yoga

Fitness is critical to feeling good and caring for yourself. Running after toddlers while stuck at home  is not a walk in the park, and so it’s particularly critical for new moms like us to take small moments to move.

That might look like 15 minutes of a virtual Pilates mat class every other day or a daily Peloton ride with our #Pelatinos buddies.

Over the last year there has been an explosion in fitness classes – from Peloton to the Mirror to thousands of boutique fitness studios that are now offering classes online. If you want to work out at home you have a major variety of options.*

Alongside this explosion there are some incredible Latina instructors becoming famous, and making you sweat your way to having a better day.

Let’s take a look at some of our favorites:

Manuela Sanchez (@pilates_and_dancing)

Manuela is a triple threat: She’s a dancer, artist, and pilates instructor at Club Pilates in Brooklyn. She gives excellent tips on Pilates form on her Instagram page.

Jess King (@jesskingnyc)

This Peloton instructor is Instafamous thanks to her killer cycling classes, amazing energy and huge following. Not many might know this but Jess’s mom is from Santiago, Chile. She even honored her heritage during Hispanic Heritage Month

Massy Arias (@massy.arias)

Massy is a force to be reckoned with. The mom, health coach and fitness influencer’s program Elevate incorporates yoga and mental health wellness, which we can definitely get behind.
